Veggie Pad Thai


Exotic and flavorful our Pad Thai recipe is better than Thai take out.  Funky, sweet and salty this dish is a great comfort food for cold winter days.  We roast flavorful marinated chunks of Tofu and make our own sweet and spicy Pad Thai sauce.  Served over imported rice noodle with carrots, zucchini, broccoli, sweet bell peppers and fresh cilantro.  We add lots of veggies to our recipe and you will love the healthy, light and flavorful taste of this Pad Thai.
