Moroccan Chicken Tagine


A tagine is a slow-cooked, North African stew of spiced meat or vegetables that’s named after the ceramic pot it’s traditionally cooked in. The cone-shaped lid of the tagine earthenware traps the steam and returns the condensed liquid to the pot, so little water is needed to cook the stew ingredients to tenderness.

Our Tagine is made with chicken thighs, zucchini, red onion, carrots, green olives, sultana raisins in a curry and tomato sauce.

Served with couscous and flatbread.
