No bread, pasta, cake, soft drink, rice or potatoes. Eliminating carbs from your meals is very important and should be taken into consideration when deciding to commit to this programme.
Eat Meals that are High in Fat (Keto)
Eating meals that are low in carbs, but high in fat, helps your body to acheive a state of ketosis, where it starts to burn fat for energy instead of carbs. This is one of the major keys to helping you acheive your weight goal.
Very simply put, Intermittent Fasting (IF), means you will be required to only feed (which is eating) within a certain window (time) in the day. You get to choose when you want to start to eat. This could mean that you have to eat breakfast 2 hours later or even skip breakfast entirely. As your coach I will help you find an eating/fasting cycle tailored for you.
